What makes us different:
We only hire the best installers and we pay them more than the competition so they are even more motivated to bring you the best service. Also I, the owner, am on many of the jobs personally to make sure everything is done with the highest level of quality.
Even if they make it seem otherwise, most  flooring companies subcontract all of their work to subcontractors that many times are not vetted properly.  We do not subcontract any flooring work to other companies, all work is done by our employees . With our renovations we do not subcontract  ANY part of a job to a company that we do not have a personal relationship with. Although we do subcontract certain areas of the job  such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc. to other companies, we have a close relationship with them and we only work with the best contractors that share our drive to make all of our customers happy, and so that a customer never says "I wish I had hired a different company''. The reason we subcontract is sometimes  due to licencing and also  we believe someone working on a job should specialize in that particular area so it can be done with the utmost care and professionalism.

WHAT NOT TO DO!...
The following pictures were taken at the beginning of jobs we were called to repair. This just scratches the surface of the amount of jobs we get called. Although some of these customers were able to get a refund or a judgement through small claims court, not all of them were able to recover their money either because the installer did not have a real business to sue or the company   disappears.

The subcontractor on this job did not even undercut the door jamb and just installed around it leaving gaps in the floor. All 1500 sq ft needed to be pulled up and reinstalled correctly, the original contractor who had me price the job did not want to pay us the price it to fix it correctly because they are cheap and only worried about profit.    We do not know what the outcome of this was. You can see below more pictures of this job.

This local gym floor (hickory hardwood) that was under so much pressure it raised up  5 inches in some spots after the pressure was released.
