Terms and Conditions 

We are excited about the possibility of working with you and   we    strive to meet or exceed each one of our customers expectations. To do that we need all of our customers to understand what is and is not included  in the estimates. Many companies, without warning, add extra costs to the invoice dramatically increasing the final price. Unfortunately many companies do this knowing before the job starts they will add these costs and do not do so before hand so they can get the job. That is bad    practice and    misrepresenting  prices.  All companies will charge for what we charge for, but others may not tell you  upfront about extra charges and will charge much more. We always lean twards either not charging extra or not charging as much as to get extra work and be the best company around.  

Please take a minute to review the below items:

#1) Thoroughly reviewing your estimate to make sure everything is listed as you expected. Please review, items, descriptions or each item, and notes.

#2) Price DOES NOT include the following unless otherwise stated: (you can also view the bottom and see your exact job to  know what is included in each)
-Services that are not listed in the estimate. If the terms are not clear or you have any question at all, please ask. It may cause problems if you assume a service that is not listed is included in the price. If extra work must be performed to complete the job, labor cost will be added. We are very conservative in adding additional cost, many contractors abuse this.
-Sanding down plywood or subfloor 
-Repairing subfloor
-Removing quarter round
- Removing flooring (unless otherwise stated
-sweeping (unless we are preping the floor)
-removing toilets
-MOVING FURNITURE
-Delivering materials
-Materials are not included unless otherwise stated.

#3) Cancellation or delay:
-After the start date is set, verbally or in writing, there may be a cancellation fee or a delay fee even if it is not your fault (such as another contractor you hired and is delaying our work or slowing us down). We loose money and time to delay or cancel jobs. 
We can work around other contractors if that is scheduled, if it is not scheduled there will be a charge if we are slowed down or extra work is required such as extra sweeping or  preping a floor again. 

#4)We do not ask for payment for labor upfront, customers are expected to pay immediately after completion of each job. If there are multiple items then we may take payment for each item after completion of each.

#5) What is included in certain jobs: 
Installation only: If we are only installing the floor and there is no charge for prep then we will expect to come in to a clean and clear floor  and install the floor. If there are small particles or staples on the floor that are not removed we WILL charge to prep the floor. If you are preping the floor please make sure the floor is clean and clear completely. Even items such as a small pebble can cause problems in an installation. We may not always check behind your work.   If we  are aware there are bathrooms then toilet removal is included. 

Install with flooring removal: We will come in to a  clear floor so we can immediately    remove the flooring,  then we will  prep the floor by cleaning all dust/ small pebbles, tac strips, padding, staples, raised nails, etc.  Sanding or repairing subfloor not included.
